Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely home that is well kept, but I feel like the customer service was just not where it needed to be. We did have housekeeping and a house mother but she seemed super unhappy. We asked her to cook lunch one day and she seemed super upset even though we were told that was allowed. In addition given how much they charge, we asked for a late check out and were told we couldnt even wait in the air conditioned areas. We moved out of the bedrooms but just wanted to stay in the dining or living area since our pick up was noon. Also they did not disclose how bad the roads to the location was. Its up a hill but the view is messed up by a power tower and the roads leading up were a little scary.

This home and its staff were absolutely amazing! The breakfast was terrific - house was clean and maintained daily. The concierge is extremely communicative- arranged spa, atv, zip lining, golf, fishing - all were amazing experiences. Would highly recommend and already thinking when we can return!
