My family and I just had our best vacation rental experience at a Delaware Beach area residence. We stayed at a 3-story "twin home" and never realized we were joined to the other half except when we drove up. We LOVED so many places for a grandmother, adult son, and a family of 6 (with 4 children) could be in just one abode. The kids (and the parents) raved about the fully finished basement with arcade games, pool table, 4-person table to play cards or board games. And a TV THEATER experience with large multi seat double sofas.We LOVED the charming screened back porch, the rockers on the front porch and the seating on the balcony above the front door. We LOVED the spacious living, dining, kitchen area with high ceilings. We LOVED the upstairs with large family room from which 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with its own bath are accessed. We loved the "OFFICE," the multiple large-screen TVS, the INCREDIBLY well-stocked kitchen, the charming artwork. The excellent laundry room. the double-wide driveway. The beach accessories available to be used. We also LOVED the beautiful Coastal Club neighborhood with its fantastic pool and other amenities.I cannot rate our experience high enough to represent what a great week we had.

Had a wonderful week at the Coastal Club home. The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Well stocked and very comfortable.

This lovely home has three distinct levels, which was perfect for our family of 6, including a toddler. First floor living room is comfortable, and the front, closed-off office was terrific for a working holiday. Primary bedroom and large shower on main floor as well. We really appreciated the full basement. Upstairs are the other bedrooms as well as a large loft. So much space! Oh, and the screened porch was very welcoming. This was one of the most well-stocked homes I’ve ever stayed in, including beach gear in the garage. Beds are comfortable. Washer/Dryer are large and work well. Booking was easy—we only had one small problem with the access code, which was resolved quickly. The neighborhood was spread out with lots of room to walk. Although the home is a duplex, we only knew the other side was occupied because we saw their car. Very quiet. We were offseason, so I can’t speak about the pools, but they look fun! Parking rules are strict, but I really can’t blame them. The roads are narrow so I suspect it can be a challenge in the season. Several cameras outside. Two small gotchas if anyone in your party has mobility issues: (1) There are a few steps into the house, either via the front door or garage and (2) Both the main dining table and the table in the basement are high-tops. For us, a perfect stay in a lovely, quiet location, convenient to both RB and Lewes.
