North of the island town of Lindau, in the border triangle of Germany-Austria-Switzerland, lies the municipality of Sigmarszell. The idyllic hinterland of Lake Constance is very popular with active vacationers and families, since hiking and biking trails start right outside the door and many excursion options do not allow for any boredom.
In a green residential area in the district of Schlachters, the vacation apartment "Apartment Tuna" is located on the first floor of a stylishly renovated old villa with large windows and high ceilings.
The tastefully furnished apartment with a great sense of space has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a dining area with long benches, a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge-freezer, 2 bedrooms, one as a passage room with a queen size bed, the other with a bunk bed for 2 people and a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 6 people.
The equipment also includes WLAN, washing machine, a TV with cable connection and a children's high chair.
A bistro, bakery and a pizza service are located directly in the village, other restaurants can be reached by car in 4 to 10 minutes (2-6 km). Supermarkets and also a farm store are about 2 km away and only a few minutes by car. To the Lindau island or the Scheidegger waterfalls it is in each case about 9 km or about 15 min by car. There is also the harbor with the pier. The nearest lido or the thermal spa Lindau are about 10 minutes away by car. The Austrian city of Bregenz can be reached in about 20 min by car. If you want to go by car to Lindau Island you can park your car at the Park&Ride P1 and take a nice walk to the island along the shore of Lake Constance.
Parking spaces are available on the property, these are large enough for a car with e.g. ship trailer. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles wie es vom Anbieter beschrieben wurde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.
(Zb., die Küche war prima ausgesattet und auch im Bad gab es viele Handtücher etc.)
Wir waren mit 4 Kindern dort, im Alter von 1-8, sie hatten alle Platz;-) sogar ein Babyreisebett hatte ausreichend Platz.
Man kommt von dort gut ins Allgäu, kann wandern oder Radfahren , auch zum Bodensee nur wenige Minuten.
Apotheke und Bäcker fussläufig zu erreichen.
Check In problemlos, Kommunikation direkt und sehr zuvorkommend.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist TOP.
Die Wohnung ist günstig , daher muss man gewisse Punkte, die hier auch schon in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen waren, einfach hinnehmen, zB dass die Wohnung an einer Straße liegt und man da auch ab und zu ein Auto hören kann.:-)

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und supergut ausgestattet. Inklusive Gewürzerondell, Küchenpapier und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Die Abwicklung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super für Ausflüge in der gesamten Bodensee-Region.
