Great views, lovely house. Would rent again

Great house

We had a great 4 night stay over NYE with 2 families. The house is cozy and well appointed. The living space was roomier than we expected from the pics and there was plenty of space for the kids to play upstairs, when they weren't skiing close by or playing outside. The land and the views from nearly every rom are absolutely gorgeous. Hosts were quick to respond and very friendly. The kids were asking to return in summer to enjoy the cabin in warm weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea and Mario's lovely cabin! Andrea was extremely accommodating and ready to answer any questions and in fact went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The cabin itself is spacious yet cozy. Everyone enjoyed having their own corner of the house to escape to for virtual learning or meetings, while then coming together to gather at the large dining room table. During very cold days the wood burning stove lent extra warmth and ambiance! The grounds are extremely private, gorgeous and well kept. The view is absolutely stunning! Some favorite moments were spent grilling on the deck, which overlooks the rolling Catskills. The kids enjoyed playing on the huge lawns, and as the days got warmer, making s'mores at dusk around the fire pit.Nearby Margaretville has everything you could need, including a grocery store, French bakery, and charming shops. If you are seeking a one of a kind house, an exceptional host, and an extraordinary location, you will enjoy your stay at the cabin. Thanks for the unforgettable memories!
