Location, friendly owner.
There are things that need to be fixed in the apartment (ceiling falling off) and it is on the top floor so not advised for older couples or someone with injury. We are none of those and we emjoyed the panoramic views!

Nicolas is an excellent host with great communication throughout our stay. He made lots of useful recommendations. The apartment is so central and exactly where we wanted to be in Old Nice. There are 2 balconies with great views. We were very comfortable.

The location is excellent.
No curtains, worn out and dirty.
