New, modern studio apartment with space for 4, located within walking distance of downtown Larchmont Village, major studios and restaurants. This unit is on the 1st floor of a home with a separate entrance and completely locked off from the rest of the owners' house. Completely private, including your own back yard! The unit contains a kitchenette, fridge, 2-burner hot plate, convection microwave, sink, and coffee maker. There is a king in the main room and a full Murphy bed in a separate space. There is no designated parking space, but there is usually ample street parking.

It is a wonderful, spacious, clean and comfortable space to stay. I came to LA for in-person business meetings for a few days and enjoyed being able to also privately do my virtual meetings in a great space with a garden in the back. The hosts were attentive to detail and the kitchen had everything I needed if I had wanted to cook a meal. I hope it is available next time I travel to Los Angeles.

Apartment was perfect for our visit to LA! We were 3 adults staying with another 2 occasionally visiting. Outdoor area was great for morning coffee, an In-n-Out lunch and an evening glass of wine. Location convenient to many good restaurants and coffee shops. Was accurately described in listing and all information and instructions were clear. Justin was an excellent communicator. Thanks so much Jeff and Justin!

Bed was very comfortable. Smelled like it hadn’t had the air on in a while and parking was an absolute nightmare. Even after spending almost an hour looking for a spot, I still needed to park almost a mile in a o park zone and got a ticket. There was no choice. Parking was a nightmare every single time!
