It was clean and had everything you needed
No block out blinds in the living area and the was a lot of glare in the morning

Location was great
Shower flooded the master ensuite floor because no side glass - lucky we could use the main bathroom shower instead.
Strong damp smell in apartment, probably due to the shower consistently flooding the master ensuite (maybe).
Difficult to use the washing machine because cupboard door in the way of detergent drawer.
Needs blockout curtains on the side sliding doors for privacy at night re the neighbouring apartments.

Fantastic size of apartment. Exceptional location. Floor plan is great.
Apartment needs to be updated. Very old furniture and dated. Pillows were flat. Showers have mold in silicone. Carpet seems old in bedrooms. Curtains are a bit smelly. Balcony furniture heavy to move around.
