Was a super short walk to the beach! Very pet friendly with wonderful large yard.

The house was comfortable and we loved the location and proximity to the beach. Just a few tidbits…bring a Firestick or something to stream online for the tv. The xfinity box does not work. Also bring your own dishrags, scrubbing sponge and a dish rack. These are not supplied.

This cottage has the feel of the ones the family rented in the 60s....nothing fancy but comfortable. The place is rough around the edges and could use a lot of basic maintenance... Several broken blinds and a disfunctional over- the -stove microwave that needs to be replaced with a hood and light. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Location is great. Backyard is great if you have dogs. It was clean. Furniture is very old, kitchen is not updated, ceiling fan not in all bedrooms, pots pans and silverware were old and not enough of it. Host brought new set of pots and pans which was helpful. Decor reminds me of my grandmother’s house and I am 50 - not necessarily bad but not a beach feel like you might expect. Host was great and communicated well.
