Everything was set to perfection! The house was gorgeous and very comfortable.

House was clean and had what we needed to start with like toilet paper and paper towels. Kids loved the pool, game room and theater room. Only complaint was the water pressure in the showers.

This property was excellent for our needs - family of 10 with 6 adults (Mom/Dad and 2 sets of Grandparents) and 4 kids (7, 4 1/2, and twins 22 months). Plenty of Bedrooms and Bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The house is 20 minutes to all the Disney Parks. Best part about the house was free access to the community water park. We had 2 down days during the week and the water park was perfect to relax and reset. Minor drawbacks are the garage game room has no A/C, and additional toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags.

The house is beautiful with lots of room however, the floors were filthy! If walked barefoot our feet were black from the dirty, filthy floor. Our feet were black after taking a shower from just walking around the home! There were dirty black marks all over the floor, I took a baby wipe to a couple of black marks and it cleaned them. It was obvious the flooring of the entire house had not been cleaned, even in the upstairs hallway and bedrooms! Our toddler wasn't able to play on the floor due to the filthy floors! If you choose to stay here, be sure to take toilet paper and paper towels. They only left about half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and half a roll of paper towels. You will also need to bring your own laundry and dish washing pods. (Most homes, I've stayed in were well stocked with these items). Location to Disney World and other attractions is great. Pool and hot tub were awesome.
