ĐỨC TRỌNG HOTEL

Room is clean. Staff are helpful. Overall value for money. We did not want to spend too much on hotels. This hotel is close to the hospital where we were doing some specialised volunteering work.

Bed mattress is hard. First night it took a longer to fall asleep as we were not used to the mattress. However, bedsheets are clean.

I stayed at this hotel in Hanoi and overall had a really pleasant experience. The first thing I noticed was how smooth the check-in process was. The staff were friendly without being overly formal. My room wasn’t huge, but it felt comfortable and well arranged. Everything looked clean and taken care of. The bed was cozy enough to get a good night’s sleep. I liked how quiet it was at night despite being in a busy city. The bathroom was simple but worked perfectly fine. Breakfast each morning was decent and fresh. There weren’t too many options, but enough to enjoy. The location made it easy to walk around and explore. I would consider staying here again.
