The unit was very clean and cozy. Property manager was excellent with communication. She was a problem solver when needed for new balcony chairs. Beds were very comfy with plenty of pillows. AC worked awesome. Only con was the elevators and parking garage. After a few days you figure out a gameplan.

This place was so awesome!! Luxury studio that is so well decorated that it doesn’t feel small at all. Adorable kitchen and bathroom. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella for us to use. The reserved parking spot is close to the door on the floor the room is on which makes parking and loading/unloading so simple. The view is great, and if you have to take the stairs in the busy season, it’s not that bad of a walk. The bed is super comfortable! The kitchen and bathroom are both so nice. Everything you need is right there. Just book it. You won’t regret it!

Due to work constraints we had to change our booking schedule dates. The owner was quick to respond and allowed us to modify our booking and even gave us a refund. Very pleased with the condo.

I felt as though the description was a little misleading as to space. The mattresses were very old and not comfortable in the slightest. Advertised as sleeps 6Maybe 4 would be more truthful. Very loud noises in middle of the night from an adjacent unit. Maybe an air handling device. I would not rent this space again as it seems very dated.
