Good location to the festival. Perfect place for our group.

Great host, fantastic location. The bedrooms and spaces worked well for a big spring break group. The outdoor areas were a bit disappointing — pool lacks the shine of the photo. It's small, needed cleaning and new furniture. Same with deck - great space, could use updating. Two of the bathrooms feel like they could use an update too. But overall for the price, this house was a win.

We just returned from a wonderful stay! Leo was available and responsive the entire week with questions. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus! The house was perfect, minutes from the beach which was less busy than any area we have visited before, amazing pool temperature) and tons of natural light and balconies! It was a quiet area with little diners, sub shops and a Publix. We give it 5 stars and would stay again!

Worked just fine for sleeping, as we spent almost all of our time at the baseball diamonds. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Property owner accused of making a mess, but we just slept there. I asked all of the dads if they did what we were accused of. All said no. So, I am not sure what happened after we left.
