Apartment 305 was perfect for us. 1 separate bed and double sofa bed, comfortable, for he who snores. Had everything we need. Right by metro. Walk to train station. Bus 36 is great, from nearby thru old town to rallygrounds. Aircon worked well. Loved being able to open the window's!
Manager always responded quickly. Highly recommend.
Only thing I'd improve is printed instructions above the self check in machine. Step by step with diagrams/photos for visitors that have never used one before, are exhausted and jet lagged ! Take the check in option first. Then the room key option.

Easy check in instructions, clean property, modern with a kitchen area and even had a laundry to do some small washing in which was so handy! Had a lift which was great.

Smell in the room, room is small and walls need painting also I suggest to remove the old rug as it s collecting dust.

Checkin was fast and easy. The room had ample space as well as a decent sized table to work, eat, or play games on. We did not stay long, but it seems like a nice place to spend longer.
The room was uncomfortably cold even with the heater on high for several hours.
The shower floods the bathroom. Either due to design or due to a partially clogged drain.
