Furniture is broken down and disgusting. Half the lights are out or broke. House wasn’t cleaned well, if at all. Tip: save by booking directly through realtor.Love this neighborhood and amenities. Have rented other units in past and would find a different one for future trips to OBX.

Everything was fine

Great place for price! Hot tub on point, out of season for pool/clubhouse (closed in April). Host very responsive to issue raised with dryer. Had someone there within hour and fixed it!!Simple check in and check out process. Would stay at this location again.

This was a great place. It was my father’s first vacation in his 63yrs on the earth and it was his first time at the beach. I picked this place for all 5 of us to stay. It was great. It was clean. I think my only complain was the bedroom I had, the king bed, it made SOOO much noise every time you moved on it. Otherwise it was awesome. Probably only wished the shared pool was still open in October it was warm and the beach was great but there was rip currents so all we could do was enjoy sitting by the ocean and my step daughter would have loved to swim a little.
