This is a fabulous property with easy beach access, on a quiet street with beautiful views. We had a party of 8 mixed family and friends and the house accommodated us beautifully. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

Our family spent Christmas here for the second year to spend as much time as possible during the holidays with our mom/Grandmother, who is in a memory care facility in Andover. The home is beautiful, and the location close to the beach for walks and the shops in Newburyport made for a fun and peaceful time for every member of the family.Thank-you, Joy and VRBO for giving our family a true "home away from home"!

The property is wonderful. The inside is so well done. There is a beautiful kitchen and large living area on the main floor, which is great for entertaining. The bedrooms are all really good sized and the master suite is just perfect. The house has some of the most amazing decks, especially off the master bedroom, which was such a nice surprise.Would highly recommend to anyone.
