Had 12 people stay here for my 30th birthday and it was an amazing property!! So much space with two living areas and two outdoor areas in a super walkable part of Oceanside. Our only issue we ran into was the family upstairs was really disruptive but after communicating with the hosts they did an awesome job at resolving that issue smoothly! Excited to tell everyone about this great space :)

We stayed a full week and enjoyed the location and property layout. A nice touch were the short "how to" videos for the hot tub, folding doors, etc

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself is beautiful. It is right up to the wave break without a beach, so you can hear the waves crashing. However, when we arrived, we were met with quite a few issues. First, the Jacuzzi didn't have water in it. Second, there was a massive leak in the master bedroom roof that was coming down the whole time we were there. There was another ceiling leak in one of the other bathrooms and the garbage disposable didn't work. It didn't make it feel the most sanitary, especially during COVID, but the house was beautiful.
