The Lyons’ family enjoyed their three weeks stay. The location was perfect and was as described. 100 steps away from the beach. Our only concern was the house needing a little bit of TLC.

It is a great location and property, and the owners are very attentive and responsive to questions.

This house is beautifully located close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants in Dewey Beach. When we visited, there was construction on two of four sides which made for a high noise level during the day.
The house has a little wear and tear. Mattresses are very soft. The house was clean and the kitchen was well outfitted. We were just pleased to find a rental that allowed us to bring our dog.
Be aware that the Roku tv does not provide local or nationals channels or access to all streaming services (no prime or apple). We went through CNN withdrawal.
