From the garden you can reach the promenade leading to the picturesque and above all cosy centre of Kitzbühel

Cosy restaurants, the fashionable shopping street and the train station are all within walking distance. The Hornbahn ski lifts take you to the popular ski area of Kitzbühel
In summer, Kitzbühel turns into a true hiking paradise! Nordic walkers, hikers, mountain bikers and golfers are frequent guests here
