A great stay on the second row from Manasota Key’s beaches. A few things that would’ve make the stay a little easier:Clear signage/directions for the laundry roomDisclosing the beach access instructions, and disclosing that it led to a rocky portion of the beach with no clear sand access without getting wet or walking through neighboring yards. Made for excellent seashell hunting and less crowded beach though!A better option for utensils in the kitchen. We opted to cook both nights we were there and kitchen tons, stirring spoons, etc were not one of the choices we had to use. The knives in the block were very dull. There was a spice rack available. But a few of the seasonings were empty and no way to know if they were still good to use. A curtain in the outdoor shower would be a good addition. Washing the sand off was great but the rough surface we had during our stay made for sand and shells INSIDE swimsuits and ended up on the bathroom floor to be swept up when we showered. It would’ve been great to do that outside instead. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Would rent here again.

Very nice place. Well setup.

Everything was great! The condo was clean and comfortable. Our host, Paula was very pleasant and a great resource of information. My only concern was that a few of the throw rugs didn’t lye flat and could have be a trip hazard if you’re not paying attention. Would definitely stay at any of their properties again.

Perfect location with beautiful views and genuinely kind hosts!
