Novotel Dubai Gold District

The hotel was very nice, and the staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. Moataz at the reception was very kind and helpful, and the gentleman who worked at the swimming pool was also very nice.

Regarding cleanliness, I noticed that some areas were not cleaned properly, especially in the bathroom. Also, in the evening, the area around the hotel can get very crowded.

Clean, nice, good breakfast, the staff Mariam was amazing, a true angel

Not much to say

Cleanliness, accessibility near to metro so can go anywhere easily. Food was good.

Not a lot of shops to dine in and buy stuffs

Everything I liked the hotel very clean location excellent

Their was an Egyptian front service staff who refused to allow my mother who is a uae resident and left her passport back home in different city (Alain) and we had a copy of the passport her new resident visa and change status document , I asked my brother to speak to him and when my brother tried to explain to him he refused to listen and kept saying it doesn’t work and I kept asking this is issued by uae government and change status is also available via copy that I had with me and said it doesn’t work , he was very rude not solution oriented and really spoiled our family trip especially that my sister was visiting from UK and we all wanted to stay in the same hotel
