I rent the room without breakfast.
Chiangrai is in the season of PM2.5 dust, as high as 200+, and there is no air purifier in the room! I carried the air quality meter, the pollution in the room is the same as outside.

The room size was good.. and the property is spacious. That's all
- The shower water was literally dripping. There was almost no water pressure at all, and when we called the staff, we were told “that’s the pressure.”
- We were shocked to be charged 400 THB for a towel just because it had lipstick stains on it. We’ve stayed at plenty of hotels before and never been charged extra for a soiled towel.
- Breakfast is very basic and honestly not worth paying extra for. It’s à la carte, they pack everything away sharp at 10 AM, and even if you show up at 10:05 AM, they expect you to buy breakfast separately.
