This property was as advertised and a pleasant place to stay. There were some minor problems such as chipped glass ware, coffee pot, and burned out light bulbs with threats of additional billing if rules not followed. These seemed in violation of VRBO regulations. Since we followed the rules there was no problem.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little townhome in Fort Erie. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which we really enjoyed visiting every afternoon. It’s about a 30-minute drive to Niagara Falls, which was very convenient for day trips. There are also great conveniences nearby, including a McDonald’s, pizza, ice cream shop, and a small local market just 3–4 minutes away by car, which made everything even easier for our stay. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, walking distance to the public beach and to many good restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable and was perfect for our stay.

Really nice condo, but our stay was not pleasant due to the AC having an issue. 28degrees Celsius inside most nights. Property manager brought us fans for last two days of visit, which made it somewhat bearable. We also recieved a small refund.
