Apartment was exactly as described. Staff was very responsive, respectful, and professional. Unit was overall clean, except for the moderate amount of food crumbs under the couch cushions. Also, place was advertised as "pet friendly" but there wasn't a place for my dog to use the bathroom, run/play. I had to leave the property to find an area for my dog to relieve herself which was very inconvenient.

Good location! Manager answered all our questions and said they would fix the issues we had but never did. They gave us a small refund for our inconvenience. When they didn’t fix the very easy issues we didn’t address others. There is something wrong with the heating system. The thermostat didn’t work properly. The place was either freezing or way too hot. The kitchen door needs to be cleaned- it was very sticky. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Digital access to both the building and the room was nice. Unit was spacious and love the windows so much. The restaurant right next to the place is delicious.

We booked the property as a base for sightseeing and baseball in Philadelphia. Although the kitchen needed a few more items to be truly functional for cooking, we were able to heat and prepare breakfasts and some evening meals there. Personally, a comfy chair and plush rug would have enhanced the tiled spaces for me. The extra hurdles of check-in/security deposit/uploading a pic did not deter us but could be off-putting. Proximity to transportation and downtown was very nice!
