Everything was perfect. Literally the cleanest stay I have ever stayed in and they had everything! The best staff, they picked up my calls even late at night.
No complaints at all.

Overall it was nice and comfortable stay
Everything was excellent but one thing we have noted was there’s no microwave. As tourists from the UK, microwave is really a must. But otherwise our stay was more than satisfied.

Lage,helle Zimmer
Kein wäscheständer um die gewaschenen Kleider zu trocknen

Clean, spacious.
The Bolzano card
Air conditioner didn't work and it was super muggy and hot
Thimble sized pot of soap provided for 3 days (ran out after day 1)
Tiny amount of toilet paper provided- again ran out pretty fast.
Surely for the handsome price asked some basics could be provided?
The light in the bedroom never switched off- a dull glow that went on and off through the night. The owners said they would fix it, but didn't.
