I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrival and checkin were seemless. Due to husband's medical conditions, I had rented a golfcart. When I inquired about it, I was told it was against HOA rules so my reservation was canceled by host. I was told I would receive a full refund. However, I later found out they were allowed and I notified Host. They made arrangements to secure one but it was too late as we had made other plans. Seems to me, the Host should know updated property rules. Some maintenance items needed to be addressed as well, cabinet door in kitchen falling off and Master bedroom threshold was broke.
