Pets

“We love hosting well‑behaved pets and know they’re part of the family. Up to 4 pets are welcome with a $75 per pet, per stay fee, which helps us keep the home and grounds pet‑friendly for everyone. If you book direct with us, you will simply add your pets at booking. Note: Emotional support animals are not service animals under ADA and will be charged the pet fee. See House Rules for full pet guidelines.”



Nature & expectations

“This is a riverfront nature sanctuary, not the sterile 20th floor of a high‑rise. You may occasionally see harmless dirt daubers, lizards, spider webs, wasps, leaves on outdoor furniture, or other signs of nature, especially when outdoors. We clean and wipe surfaces regularly, but nature changes daily—if you see a bit of the outdoors on a chair or hammock, just brush it off with one of our pet towels, take a breath, and enjoy this peaceful, natural setting.”

The occupancy listed is the max occupancy this property can accommodate. If you intend to host any event, celebration or other function, you will need to disclose this to us in advance and obtain approval, including an agreement to all additional fees and terms.



House rules, stays, and insurance

Most guests tell us they wish they’d stayed one more night, so if you can, we recommend booking at least 3 nights. We offer discounts starting at 3‑night stays which are automatically calculated.



We strongly recommend travel insurance, as we adhere to our cancellation policy and typically cannot re‑book on short notice.
