What an amazing setting for this property, secure, secluded but with amazing views and walks surrounding it!

The accommodation was exceptional. The decor and facilities were brilliant, and occupied the whole family (4-83 year olds!). Having a bathroom for every bedroom was an added bonus. The younger guests enjoyed the table tennis, football table and the area to play football on. In the evenings we found the tv had games available and they were a hit with everyone! The kitchen/dining area was nice and spacious. We could all still be invluded regardless of if you were cooking/clearing up/sitting down at the table. The only criticism was we were short of a chair to place round the table. We made do by using the bench, but it would have been nice to all be able to sit on the same chairs. The hosts were very quick at responding to any queries. All in all a most enjoyable break. We’re already talking about coming back!

Excellent accomodation for a big group gathering, the only drawback was too few crockery, cutlery, chopping knives and teatowels etc

If you’re a large party looking for a house in the Cotswolds, this is ideal. The property has access across the fields to the river for paddleboarding. There is a sauna on site and a hot tub on the patio.
