Overall the place was good. The house was super cute and a unique layout. However plenty of steps and stairs. The parking was frustrating, especially the first night when we were trying to unload, we were able to park in the alley behind and unload but then had to park quite a bit away and walk back. The neighborhood is not well kept and we had to watch where we stepped because of dog messes, however behind the gate for the house was better maintained. I would've liked to see a few less cobwebs along the gates and under the patio furniture, however I understand that might be quite a task. The space was perfect for what we needed, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us. Kitchen was adequate to get by. There is a grill on the property, however we were not able to use it because of the propane tank being empty. When we contacted the host they responded that most people fill it themselves. I've never had a host expect their guests to fill the propane tanks. My biggest gripe was the second master bedroom (addition to the house), the shower was horrible and does not fit an adult very well. I didn't want my kids staying in there because of the exterior door. Could've been set up differently to allow for a more comfortable space, but for only 4 days it was tolerable. All in all the host was responsive, I felt the description wasn't quite what we got but it worked for what we needed it for.

The owner was very responsive and explained everything in detail. Parking was challenging. Out of the 5 nights we were only able to park in front 2 times. Bedroom closest to back patio, bed was really soft with a “dip.” The shower was too short and hard to step in to. We had to use the larger bath and shower.Kitchen was great! Backyard area was great!Bedrooms with king sized beds very roomy. Bedroom in the middle with largest bathroom was very tight for 2 people. We had a great time and would come back if the front hedges were cut down a bit. Was a bit scary entering through the front gate at night in the dark.All in all. A very good experience!

With the exception of being locked out due to dead batteries in door pad and needing a locksmith at midnight, the house was terrific. Excellent location, Every bed very comfy and the bathrooms fully stocked and modern. Lovely safe neighborhood too. We loved being there and highly recommend it.

I felt very comfortable at Silvia's property! It is thoughtfully designed in an eclectic style that I appreciated. Silvia was also very professional and the stay went very smoothly. As a host myself, it was stocked with everything one needs during a stay, and it was perfectly clean and operational. The outside and yard are fenced and laid out to have ample space to relax. I see this property as great for families and solo travelers wanting to explore LA with a base in Hollywood.
