It was a great stay only downside is the phone signal is horrible everything else was great

Great stay. Villa was clean and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as pictured. Very roomy with plenty of room for the 7 of us. The pool was nice and the community the house was in felt safe, clean and pretty quiet. The resort also had a community pool with lazy river and water slide but you do have to pay a resort fee to use it, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Host was slow to respond to messages and did not respond to all of them. I had to call to get the access code because check in info was not sent. I never received any info on what we were responsible for when checking out. Hair was found in a shower that did not belong to us. Rug was dirty. One mattress was broken and terribly uncomfortable. Vacuum barely worked. One towel bar in bottom bathroom fell while just drying hands. Another towel bar in master bath was loose. Must buy toilet paper and paper towels. Parking is horrible. If you drive a 12-15 passenger van, it's almost impossible to get in and out of driveway because people parking on street across from house. Hot tub didn't work. Can hear neighbors while inside house. Not sound proof at all. Would not stay again.
