Location was outstanding. We chose not to partake in breakfast offered and opted rather to use what was on offer in the village. The hotel itself has played a significant role in the history of Sault, particularly in the formation of the local resistance groups during WW2.
Not much, the hotel met its star rating as far as facilities were concerned, a bar fridge would have been helpful. The bathroom is a bit cramped, and, in the room we had, the bathroom only had louver doors. Understandably space is an issue.

Charmante Unterkunft in alten Gemäuern. Zentral gelegen. Wohlfühloase.
