Properly was great and modern. Everything was top notch and my family had a great time. Location was A+ and next to everything.
Building is still under construction so elevator wasn’t functioning yet.

Location. Good facilities and bathroom.Nice decor.
A pint of milk in the fridge on arrival would be useful. Usually a standard provision in most places.
The bed was horrendous! Not really a double, more like a large single or small double. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay in Porto! The ORM Batalha apartment was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredibly attentive and always responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything. Their communication was excellent and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
The only minor issue we encountered was that the Moka pot provided in the kitchen didn’t seem to be compatible with the induction stovetop, so we weren’t able to make coffee. It was a small inconvenience and didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

Good location, and great value. Very cozy
Has a kitchen, but doesn’t provide cutlery :(
