The cabin was clean and comfortable. There was enough space for me and my family to play games we really enjoyed the patio area where we spent most of the day. But the most amazing thing was the customer service we received shortly after arriving, upon arriving one of my family members ran over something and got a flat tire on her brand new car. The service man (I assumed worked for Tin Star Co,) came to bring a lighter to light to grill. Before he left we explain our situation to him and inquired about nearby places to go to get the tire repaired. He left and returned shortly with a plug to for the tire and a genarator to air it up. This by far was an act of kindness that we all knew he did not have to do. We could not thank him enough. He took the pressure of us having to worry about a flat tire away us, which allowed us to go on to have a great time.

We were very pleased with the rental. A few mild suggestions, for older guests:1. Add a handrail on the front steps. 2. Add grab rail in the shower and toilet to just one of the masters on ground floor. 3. Cow hide rug in bathroom is nice but curled up edges present tripping hazard. 4. Our guests expressed a need for printed rules and tv instructions and checkout procedure in the cabin.

This cabin was incredible and everything was prepared perfectly. Our group had 7 couples and we couldn’t have asked or a better property.

It was a beautiful cabin! Tons of room and had a lot of great amenities. Will definitely be back.
