Hyatt Regency Malta

Great hotel in a central and quiet location. Big shout out to the staff and especially Hogue and Valentina.

The hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Extremely busy area in the evening and night. The room I was in facing the pjazza was really nice. The gym and indoor pool are a decent size. The spa on site was so relaxing!

As a non smoker, I didnt appreciate that the hotel guests were smoking at their tables outside at breakfast and dinner. There should have been a space where they can go and smoke! Someone was vaping at the indoor pool which was outrageous! Breakfast buffet was a bit boring, same thing every day and not a lot of variety! For the price I was expecting so much more! On arrival the receptionist failed to mention the discount vouchers for the food/drinks spent at the restaurant I was entitled. And I didnt know the sauna was included in included!

The hotel was very well kept with modern amenities. Hyatt was in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and sites. The rooftop pool was awesome especially during the very humid and hot days. The staff were also very professional. I want to make special mention to Anna at the front desk for being so gracious to accommodate my needs. Also Valentina at the concierge desk for booking a difficult excursion. The staff during breakfast also is with a mention for their attentiveness.

The Regency Club could have had more of a selection. The indoor pool was too hot.
