A fantastic place for our family reunion of 35 people. The property was even better than we expected, impeccably cared for and equipped. Having a private beach so close by felt like a great luxury when other beaches at Bear Lake are overcrowded and have various levels of sandy shoreline. Communication with the host was always prompt. We’d go back again for sure.

WE love staying in this rental! We try to get it every year. Perfect location and fit for our gowing family. The hosts are very helpful. Can't wait to go back next year!

We loved the home and nearby amenities, including the pool, sports court, and community private beach.

Communication with the owner was pretty good. Pictures of the house were very deceiving. The cleaning fee was not cheap, and it was sickening when we showed up and the house smelled awful. As we started putting our thing away the dishes were dirty, old old old food left every where, thing small things that matter were really gross, the bbq was out of propane. Just for how much it cost it should have been perfect.
