Management was difficult to contact.
The terms and conditions that we were required to initial clauses and sign wss more akin to a one sided contract. It dictated what was required of us including what our obligations were but there was NOTHING regarding the management's responsibilties. We had not hot water on arrival and electricity went off when we had hesters on.
There was also no Wifi.
