The host was very good

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect. It was in between Eagle and Palm beach so was convenient to both without being in the thick of everything, which I prefer. The property was well kept and the staff was very helpful and nice. The dryer in the unit was not working the week we were there but the property management group gave us the option to have our laundry sent out daily and provided us with clean towels daily, so they more than made up for any inconvenience. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back and stay here again.

I recently stayed at this condominium for 8 days with my mom, sister and daughter. We had an amazing vacation, however, I have a mixed review for this property. The positives included the location (beach was within walking distance) and the availability of the electric scooters and bikes on property made it very easy to go into town or ride over to the beaches. We rented a car and all of our dinners and excursions were within a 15 minute ride. The one pool that was open was beautiful! It was an infinity pool that was large, had plenty of seating and was rarely ever crowded. The hot tub was also large and beautiful. We had lunch twice at the Poke' One and it was convenient and delicious. The condo unit itself was clean and had most of the necessities that you would expect (dishes, cups, basic cooking supplies, utensils, an iron, coffee maker, towels, etc...) However, our dryer stopped working after our first load of laundry. It took 3 days and multiple calls to the front desk to discover that it would not be able to be fixed during our stay. They replaced our towels and housekeeping took our laundry to wash and dry. It got returned in plastic bags half dried and all the whites were tinged in blue. The pool right outside of the unit had been drained and was under construct. This should have been told to us prior to the trip. There was a musty odor throughout the condo and the unit looked a lot bigger in the photos, but I find this a lot on VRBO.

The location is amazing. The upkeep of the condo complex is awesome. The unit has a great layout and the host provides some excellent supplies including beach chairs, towels, beach toys, and unfortunately, a severely damaged umbrella. The views are breathtaking for the sunsets and early morning boat / jet ski activities. Being in between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach, the location is perfect for easy walks to restaurants, shopping - again impeccable location. The pools are awesome, and have fantastic seating options! Now for the downside of the unit. The couch is so broken down, you can’t even sit on it without hitting metal. The cushions are so worn they fall into the frame of the couch. The chaise component of the couch, you literally fall back into. Just is really unusable and very uncomfortable. Secondly, the master bed is broken to the point that any contact with the bed, sitting or laying, the bed makes loud obnoxious creaks and the mattress is worn as it converges to the middle with a sinkhole. This was so bad, my wife went into the 2nd bedroom and slept in the full bed as the noise from any movement would wake her up - the loudness and obnoxious noise is not credibly stated in words. We have pictures and videos that show the poor state of the furniture.The onsite staff quickly rectified the broken sliding glass handle and a broken shade enclosure upon our arrival and notification. However the bed and couch was beyond their capacity to correct.
