The Orchards Residence

The location was great, safe and the place place is beautiful. We had a warm welcome from Natalie. There was milk and flavoured water in the fridge, more than enough towels. We asked for two plate stove she got us. She was quick to respond to our messages and to provide what we needed. My kids enjoyed everything about the place.

The bed is not very comfortable, for the first night it was fine but second and third night it was not comfortable.

The location was great in a nice quiet area. Also, the place was very clean with comfortable beds. A number of towels were provided which was great since we were a family of 3.

Due to the cold weather the apartment was cold but there were extra blankets provided.

Clean and neat, owner was lovely, she was very responsive and helpful.

We liked the bathroom and main bedroom

No kitchen, the place was not to stay but just to rest and go, no bins when we tried to make it comfortable for us to go sit outside and eat our Christmas lunch because there were no table in the place as well only a small table someone who lives on the property let's the cats out and we couldn't even enjoy our Christmas lunch as the cats were crying at our food the whole time which was hungry lion by the why because we bought stuff to make for Christmas but couldn't make Christmas lunch as there were no kitchen so had to freeze the stuff as there was a small fridge. We just went back inside and sat on floor and eat. On the top floor children was running early morning jumping. We were so tired as we had a 16 hour drive. Maybe I didn't read properly when booking. The place wasn't bad at all very very nice host the place just needs an up grade and all guests needs to be considered as people come to rest and be comfortable for their stay. Thank you.
