great communication and very accommodating. The villa was very large and comfortable. Everything was as I would expect from a nice private villa in a gated upscale community. Definitely would stay again

The house was comfortable and spacious for all of us. The most we had at one time was 6 adults. Negatives were the walls were dirty going down the stairs and light switches, was gross to me. No mixing bowls or bakeware for those who plan on doing some cooking. Also, the location is a little close to the owners entrance so you can hear people talking coming in late at night from activities that were on foot as they could be loud. We will stay in a higher up house next time.
