My family and I stayed at John and Carrie's place at Douglas Lake for a week. Upon arrival it was very clean, there was more than enough room for the 12 of us that stayed! The view of the lake was perfect from either porch and balconies. The kids had a place to play on the playground, in the yard or at the lake. We swam, fished, played games, and just bonded with quality time. We loved the lodge and chalet and will be back for another stay! It was so quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed!! If we had any questions, both John and Carrie were quick to respond. We can't thank them enough for the wonderful time we had! Would recommend 10/10 to anyone to stay here!

One of the most amazing family vacations we have ever had. Host John was absolutely terrific in getting us everything we needed. The two places, the lodge and the chalet, worked out so beautifully for our large family gathering. And the view is absolutely stunning. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, John!!!

Great property for our large family for the summer! This was our 2nd time staying here. It’s clean and has all the amenities you could want! You can tell they think about the guest experience!

We’ve stayed with John and Carrie for multiple years. 9 adults, 11 children/teens. They are great hosts and we love their property/homes.
