Jordi was very helpful. Hope to stay again in the future.

Second stay at this apartment and it certainly won’t be the last. Everything was just as excellent, the location is perfect for exploring the area, yet quiet and relaxing at the same time. Thanks Jordi!

Overall, we had a wonderful 8-night stay in this apartment. Communication with the host, Jordi, was seamless and his responses were always exceptionally fast. When we encountered an issue with the washing machine, he impressively had it replaced the very next day, even on a Sunday. The apartment was clean upon arrival, and the amenities such as the Smart TV, internet, and air conditioning all worked perfectly, though it's worth noting that full use of the AC incurs an additional charge. The pool area is well-maintained and was often quiet, which we enjoyed. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach all within a short 10-minute walk. The only area for improvement would be the furniture, as the beds and sofas felt quite dated. The bedding could also benefit from being updated. Despite this minor point, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Very nice appartement in Port de Alcudia. The house is quite big and was very clean. It is well equipped (dishes, dish washer, washing machine etc.) and has an access to a nice big Terrasse and a shared pool. The landlord Jordi provided us with all necessary Information and was very helpful. Check-in and -out was easy and all the online description and figures were correct. Sometimes the neighbors can be a little louder but this is indepedent of the appartement. I can fully recommend it.
