Service that never shows up. If you want to charge your phone, there are no outlets in the rooms. There are USB ports but those do not work. Using shampoo and body requires extra strength 😆. Really bizarre.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The pool was amazing, great for playing with the kids.

It was a bit set back from the beach, so felt away from all the action.

The room itself was very good both in terms of the space available and the cleanliness. It was a very good layout for a family with older children. The location is also good.

There are a few areas that require improvement that would make this hotel better. The sun beds near the pool - there are not enough and the quality is poor. They are very uncomfortable and need updated. The pool towel system is annoying. You are only permitted one towel per person. I like to have two as one doesn’t cover the full sunbed. There are limited beds at the beach. The biggest let down is the buffet breakfast. I took the kids on the first morning. The food is expensive and very poor. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all. Service was also poor as no one offered me a coffee.
