It was not too far from skegness/mablethorpe and chapel st Leonards and the room was very clean and spacious everything was there except a hairdryer. Also the pub food was excellent not loads of choice but ample and the bar was good and the member of staff was very friendly and helpful
Nothing everything was good

The room was lovely. We had all we needed.
Staff were very helpful.
The food was good, all homemade.
Given a key to both the room and the pub front doors, so there was no issue with times coming back & forth.
The only thing that I didn't like, was the dirty window sills in the room.
We soon closed the curtains so we couldn't see them - dead flies mainly.

The room was clean and tidy.
The two extra beds were far from comfortable even for my two children. The noise from the residents room above ours was far from acceptable given that they knew we were below. The shower was a waste of space, no pressure no coverage.
