I only booked this place as I needed a cheap place to stay for the day before my late night flight. And I had to check-out of my villa at 11am. I would not stay here otherwise, but if you are on a budget and you don't mind road noise, than it is not a bad place to stay. Walking distance to the night markets =)

I enjoyed my stay here. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, the very comfortable and generously sized bed, and, above all, the excellent location. Being just minutes away from Bali Icon Mall was very convenient and provided options for food, easy access to a super market, and the beautiful beach of Sanur, which was perfect for long, relaxing walks. One area that could be improved, however, is the water supply. I experienced quite low water pressure during the day, all 7 days of my stay, as well as difficulties with the hot water. As I was attending a conference, my schedule was quite early in the morning and late in the evening. Unfortunately, when I needed to shower around 7 a.m. and again around 10 p.m., the water was sometimes neither sufficiently hot nor strong enough. Aside from this, I had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the room and the location. I hope the water pressure and hot-water supply can be improved, as this would make the experience even more comfortable.

The water pressure in the WC shower was consistently very low during the day, and there was also a serious lack of hot water. This was particularly frustrating because I was attending a conference and had to be up at 7 a.m. and back around 10 p.m. On both occasions, the water was neither hot enough nor running with sufficient pressure, which made it unpleasant to shower comfortably.

The location was great - really close to amenities. The staff friendly. Room size good.

There was a bad smell of the drains permeating the room.
