We love this condo. It has everything that a vacationer would need or want. The location and up close to the river is sublime. The condo is modern and beautiful.

A wonderful, peaceful, well equipped location on the river and within walking distance to main street and restaurants.Only drawback was the absence of cable tv so I was unable to watch the Wimbledon tennis matches (as it did rain).

We really enjoyed our stay here. Yes, the river running right by the condo is so nice to hear! Small area to sit outside works just fine for relaxing outdoors. Host was great, condo was very clean and organized. It is small, but that's pretty usual with 1 BR 1 Baths.Absolutely no complaints and would return! Thank you, Maureen!

Confort of furnishing in living room lacking confort. Lots of extra fees.Trouble getting into condo. But, all in all we enjoyed our stay. Nice and handy to shops and restaurants in in Grand Lake and very handy to explore Rocky mt. Nat'l park.kitchen was well equipped. Bath needs better supply of towels (3),washcloths (2), handtowels (2), for 2 people, for 6 nights.
