This house was one of the best homes I've stayed at in all my years of using VRBO! Very clean and perfectly situated on Lake Hamilton. We brought kayaks and used them daily, utilized the fire pit for conversation and s'mores and explored Hot Springs and the national forest. As another reviewer mentioned, only one towel per guest (9 of us) was provided but we used the washer/dryer/provided laundry soap to accommodate. We had a toddler with us so the large wrap around deck proved to be a lifesaver. The kitchen was HUGE and made it so easy to navigate multiple cooks at one time. Truly enjoyed this place and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the property, the description was accurate. Kitchen was well stocked. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake. The house was off the beaten path but we enjoyed that and it was real close to main roads that you could get anywhere in a short amount of time. We did have an issue with the washing machine plumbing but owner got on issue right away and had it fixed right away.

I have stayed in several rental properties over the years, and this one matched EXACTLY to the pictures. Oftentimes, you visit a spot, but the pictures are not always a great representation of the rental. This was not the case this time around. The home was very clean, had everything we could need, and the host was there to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. This rental has spacious bedrooms, a large dining table which accommodated our large group nicely, lounge chairs and a picnic table down by the water, lots of additional outdoor seating, and is a place I would visit again and again. It was relatively close to everything that we wanted to do. It was about an hour away from the Diamond Crater State Park, 15 minutes from Garvan Woodland Gardens, and there were plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping within just minutes of the property. If you are thinking of visiting Hot Springs, this is the place to stay!

This was a great getaway from start to finish. First, we were greeted with a personalized embroidered kitchen towel as a welcome gift. The house appears to have been recently updated and is beautifully decorated. The online photos truly capture the beauty of this gem. It is conveniently located to all of the local attractions (Garvan Woodlands, etc). The gourmet kitchen has all of the things we needed for our families’ Thanksgiving dinner. The property owner was extremely responsive in answering questions. I highly recommend this property.
