Super helpful and quick with responses. Enjoyed our stay!

This property was exactly as described. The host was responsive, and kind. The overall property is well maintained and managed.Be aware, if you are mobility challenged, that there are no ramps to the beach. The stairs are a bit deep and steep. This issue is not in the host’s control - but it is the reason for the less-than-perfect rating.

Our family had the most amazing stay at this condo in Fort Walton Beach! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. Everything was beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. You can tell the owners truly care about their guests and have thought of every detail. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with amazing views and easy access to local restaurants and attractions. The owners were great to work with, providing clear communication and making sure everything was ready for our arrival. We truly felt at home during our stay. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing such a beautiful place. We are already talking about our next trip back and can’t recommend this condo highly enough!

We love staying at the Pelican Isle, but this unit was not very clean. We also had 40-50 bugs on the inside of the balcony door. The door didn’t seem to be fully sealed. The curtains also didn’t fully cover the glass front, which for a unit as low as this one means everyone walking by can see in.
