Location and staff both wonderful

Overlooking someone’s back garden (can’t really be helped!)

Liked the sea views the sunset was beautiful location ideal

Room a bit small but OK for a few nights If we go back would book an apartment

Toilet ran for quite a while when flushed. Thus causing a disturbance of sleep during the night. Reported this to reception expecting maybe a slight reduction on the booking but nothing came of it.

The breakfast was amazing. Excellent choice, beautifully presented by lovely staff. A serious restaurant kitchen was turning out bakery items on the premises. Parking was easy in front of the hotel and the view across the bay was exceptional.

Booking through booking.com led us to believe that seaview rooms were available, however this was not the case, The seaview rooms are apartments, some of which are available to rent (but we are a couple and don't need 3 bedrooms!). The room was small and the view consisted of all the rubbish bins and staff accommodation which was quite noisy. Privacy was only assured by closing the blind and up several flights of stairs. The lift had been out of service for a couple of weeks and my disabled partner really struggled although they moved us to the lowest available level. They really should make this clear in the publicity
