Location, plenty of space, and views.

Musky, damp odor. Uncomfortable mattress. Dryer door doesn’t completely shut so laundry takes multiple cycles to dry.

Great location and clean

Had to have own tv streaming service

The color scheme was beautiful. The views were perfect and the rocking chairs on the patio were very nice. The condo is only steps to the beach. The host was easily accessible and courteous during my stay. The bedrooms were beach themed and beautiful. The bathrooms were clean and very nice.Traveled with husband, adult granddaughter and her friend. We all loved the property!

The entrance doesn’t do any justice to the interior of the condo.,The chairs on the porch are worn and were the reason I almost cancelled my stay. The stove and the pots and pans are not in good condition if you plan to cook but I did not.

Location was amazing. View from condo was amazing. Loved the decor. Kitchen was well stocked. Great ice maker in freezer a nice bonus. Washer and dryer on site was very handy. Steps were manageable, thankfully it was a 1st floor condo. Clean towels, nice toiletries. Simple decorations without too much clutter. Safe location, easy parking that was clearly marked. The AC was nice and cold, I was very appreciative of that. There was a mat for the slippery tub, but since there was only 2 of us I moved it to the shower. I was thankful for the locks and door blockers on the sliding glass doors. All the beds were big, if we had guests there would have been plenty of room. The condo layout was nice. I LOVE that this was a small place and not a giant high rise. Beach access was super easy. Water to wash off feet and steps to stay clean when walking back. Black out curtains were very good.

There was a bag of dirty towels left in the room. The floors had not been mopped. The dishwasher had a moldy odor from being left closed. The rocking chairs on the patio and out front were old, worn, and looked like they were about to fall apart. The couch was grossly dirty. No pool access but that was my fault for not looking. There was a large crack under the door and roaches came in. Shower flow was weak and you have to get in the shower to turn it on, so you get hit with cold water when you get in. Shower and tub both need a mat because they were very slippery. The door handle on the inside of the shower was loose. The toilet paper holders were broken. The windows were dirty. The sliding glass door in the bedroom was hard to open, so I only used the one in the living room area.
