Hewitt Resort Naha

The location was very good being about a two minute walk to the monorail and just around the corner from the most interesting street in Naha. Lots of breakfasts choices if you eat meat.

The accommodation was described as one bedroom but it was just one room and was smaller than the photos. Huge bathroom of wasted space. We only booked because it said one bedroom. False advertising so we were very disappointed. We also thought it had a balcony but it didn’t. Breakfast is difficult if you don’t eat animals or animal products. The cafe/restaurant was rarely open and expensive. The bar only sat about 4 people inside, which is where you need to be as it rains a lot. Only went there once. Disappointing.

The location was excellent and within walking distance to main shopping destination. The breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold selections ranging from burger station to fresh fruit and pastries. Hotel staff were friendly, attentive and polite.

The location and breakfast, and good value for money. The drink in reception. The soap and shampoo.

Not being able to open windows. Could not see room before checking in to make sure it was what we expected and wanted. When we arrived we were given an extremely small room, not what we expected at all! It was like being in prison! We could not breathe! Luckily a nice Japanese girl from reception understood that we were very very unhappy and arranged a twin room for us. we were much happier even though we had to pay extra for the twin room.

Semi good location

The 11th floor smelled like armpit. Elevators took forever and broke down. Buffet was not good. I had to check out a day early due to flight change and would discount the night I didn’t say.
