Great location! We loved the outdoor covered patio area. Even if it was raining a little, we could still enjoy being outdoor with a nice view. The cleanliness of the house could be improved. Disappointing not to have a screen door to the outdoor area, leaving the option of closing the door or having it opened with letting the mosquitos in.

We absolutely loved our stay the house was a great size open plan living light and fresh . The yard size front and back were very generous. Bedrooms are all a great size the two bathrooms were great as there was 8 of us .we would definitely love to visit again . The only issue we had was the broken stairs from the property to the beach they were hard to navigate . My hubby said for a couple nights stay he’d gladly fix them

Fabulous location right on the beach. The property manager was really helpful. House had everything we needed but really does need a thorough spring clean.

Great property, private access to Hyams beach. Covered deck to view the ocean. Thank you for providing a great property to rent. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bunks for the kids, modern bathrooms. Ensuite was appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Didn’t have basics such as salt and pepper though. Could have done with a dryer as it was quite wet weather whilst we were there and things stayed wet. Would have liked to wash the bath towels mid week.
